Well Known Atlantic Casino to be Reopened

Rumors are abound that the infamous casino, the Trump Taj Mahal, in Atlantic City, New Jersey, is set to reopen on Memorial Day, 2018. Inaugurated by the current president of the US, Donald Trump, back in 1990, one of the best known US casinos was closed down in October, 2016 due to financial problems.

The history of this magnificent casino since then has not quite been downright prosperous. Reportedly, it was the highest grossing casinos in Atlantic City till 2003. The Borgata overtook its earnings post 2003 to become mightily famous. The total yearly earnings of the Taj didn’t decline in a moment, but with time. Till 2017, its price was tagged much below $50 million. But a generous buyer was able to cough up the amount and decided to renovate the place big time. If you consider the $400 million spent in renovations over the years, the $50 million mark would seem to be a foolhardy amount.

The new owners confirm that the latest renovation would definitely attract several loyal customers back to the Taj. They have renamed it as, ‘Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City’. It has already created a buzz among gambling enthusiasts who have simply preferred to call it ‘Hard Rock Hotel’. The owners have claimed that it would hire several thousand unemployed professionals under its wing to help facilitate the jobs in the city. Hence, if you are a local resident and are good enough to fulfill their demands, you are bound to end up on their employment list.

Jim Allen, the current chairman of the casino, is convinced about its inconceivable success post release. A specialized poker room for hardcore enthusiasts is yet to be announced, but we are guaranteed the construction of the rest of the casino games. Rumors are abound that the architecture will be much more complex and historical than that of the yesteryear’s Taj.
